It all begins with a dream. More often than not, the road to our dreams is a bumpy ride that takes us to long and unexpected turns. But what separates the successful from just the ordinary daydreamers is—persistence, just like the inspiring story of F2N Diamond Director Pedro “Pepe” De Guzman.

“I was born in Alicia, Isabela. There were a lot of struggles along the way of my journey before I reached my destination—the place, where I am now. While many people enjoyed their teenage years, mine was full of hardship. I was in 3rd grade when my father, who was aformer landscaper, passed away. It was then that I decided to work. I had my first child when I was 19 years old and married the love of my life. I got into different odd jobs during college vacation, or whenever I had free time, to sustain my family. I worked as a gardener, construction worker, bakal bote (scrap metal and bottle merchant), water delivery man, dishwasher, landscaper, fish-ball vendor, and service crew.

Honestly, it was hard, but my wife and children gave me the strength and inspiration to persevere. I raised my family in Bulacan, where obstacles never seemed to end—like having to eat a meal just two times a day. I realized my hunger is nothing when I have a family to feed. Add to that, is not having a permanent home to live.

In 2006, I got baptized in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints. Hard work, applied skills, and perseverance led me to an opportunity to be a Church Contractor. In 2011, I established my traditional business, named DGM Landscaping and Maintenance.

I had been involved with a lot of Multi-level Marketing Businesses and started attending networking seminars in 2008. Finally, I met the right company and the right product in 2018, F2N Marketing.

When people ask me how I ended up at F2N Marketing, the best answer I could think of is God’s plan. It was not a coincidence, but God’s hand that led me to find F2N and the people behind it. This company developed my skills on how to sell products, how to handle people, and how to create my strategies.
